Depends what you're looking for. Zenspire uses light AND vibration, while Dodow is just light. So if you like that extra sensory input, Zenspire might be it. I found Zenspire to be more customizable too.

Yeah, I think their standard shipping is generally like 5-7 business days for the US. I got my Pocket in California within that timeframe.

From what I hear, the kids' version is simplified. It's designed specifically for them so it should be pretty straightforward. Less complex than the adult models.
